Site Purpose

The opportunity to travel, experience and photograph the beauty of North American and other locations has been a blessing. This site enables the photographs and knowledge gained during these trips to be shared. It also allows me to try a little web development and site management.

Site Requirements

Most popular browsers should work with this site, although those interested in color accuracy may want to use Firefox. Screen resolutions of 1280x1024 or higher are recommended. Buttons are displayed / hidden as the cursor moves over photos shown on the various Portfolio pages. Descriptions of the images are also displayed when the cursor moves over them. Note that if the cursor remains stationary some objects may cease to be displayed.

The button is used to toggle the display (on and off) of thumbnails underneath the images.

The button is used to expand images to fill the screen. Pressing that same button returns the page to the normal smaller (not full screen) format. Not using this button causes page issues.

The button is used to activate slideshow mode and the button to deactivate it.
